Okay, so we all know that Halloween involves a lot of candy (even here in Germany)! But it’s also possible to make healthy snacks while keeping things in line with the spooky holiday spirit. Clementine Pumpkins, Apple Teeth, Banana Ghosts, and Bell Pepper Monsters are all super simple and fun to make:


Peeled clementines “pumpkins” with celery stalks


Sliced apple quarters with almond-sliver teeth (sprinkle apples with lemon juice to maintain color!)


Banana halves with raisin “eyes” (simply press raisins into the bananas)


Carved and hollowed-out peppers with curly lettuce (add vinegar, oil, and herbs if desired)
