A new season, a new collection of Overnight Oats recipes! For the past year, I’ve been posting sets of seasonal Overnight Oats recipes with four or five recipes per post:

As you can see, all that’s missing is spring! Given how busy I’ve been recently, I’m happy that I managed to find time to make and photograph three new Overnight Oats recipes for all of you. :-)

Three Overnight Oats Recipes for Spring

Strawberry Raspberry Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats Erdbeer-Himbeere 1

For 1 serving:

100 g strawberries
80 g raspberries
80 g Greek yogurt
100 ml oat milk
1 tbsp chia seeds*
40 g whole-grain oat flakes


1. The evening before, wash strawberries and raspberries. Remove strawberry stalks and cut into small pieces.
2. Mix Greek yogurt with oat milk, chia seeds,* and oat flakes. Let sit in fridge overnight.

Rhubarb Almond Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats Rhabarber-Mandel

For 1 serving:

1 stalk rhubarb
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp agave syrup
100 ml almond milk
40 g kamut flakes
½ ripe banana


1. The evening before: clean, peel, and dice rhubarb.
2. In a saucepan, bring 300 ml of water to the boil. Add rhubarb, lemon, and agave syrup and simmer for 3–5 minutes on medium heat.
3. Drain off any excess water through a sieve. Blend rhubarb mixture with almond milk and kamut flakes. 4. Mash the banana with a fork and fold into rhubarb-kamut mixture. Let sit in the fridge overnight.
4. Rhubarb Almond Overnight Oats goes great with Raspberry Chia Jam!

Coconut Pineapple Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats Kokos-Ananas 2

For 1 serving:

120 ml rice-coconut or (diluted) coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut flakes
40 g whole-grain oat flakes
2 slices pineapple (approx. 100 g)
1 tsp chia seeds*


The night before, combine non-dairy milk with coconut flakes, oats, pineapple, and chia seeds.* Enjoy for breakfast the next day!
