While shopping at Alnatura – one of Germany’s biggest organic supermarket chains – a while back, I came across the Alnatura cookbook, where I found a beautiful recipe for Swiss Chard and Carrot Stir-Fry with Hemp Seeds. I modified the recipe for the blog, leaving out the hemp seeds and a few other ingredients and replacing them with some others. 


Colorful Veggie Stir-Fry with Swiss Chard

  • 100 g carrots
  • 1 head Swiss chard
  • 200 g Zucchini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil*
  • 100 g corn
  • pepper*
  • 2 sprigs Dill fresh
  • salt*
  1. Peel and slice carrots. Wash chard and zucchini and chop into small pieces. Finely chop dill.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté carrots and zucchini for 5 minutes. Add chard and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in corn and season with salt and pepper. Top with fresh dill and serve.
