Some time ago, I asked you all if you wanted more ideas for Overnight Oats. The answer was a resounding YES! Earlier this year, I shared my Spring and Autumn Overnight Oats recipes, and now I’m pleased to share my Overnight Oats Winter Recipes with you. Enjoy! :-)

If you have no idea what Overnight Oats are all about, check out my Basic Recipe. :-) And since you all loved my post about alternative grains for Overnight Oats, as well as other oat-free breakfast recipes, I’ve made sure to include a variety of different cereals in these Winter Recipes, like kamut and emmer. Of course, you could always just use spelt or oats – just experiment a bit and see what you like best! :-)

Overnight Oats are super simple to make: though I never actually measure it, I use about 40–60 g of oats and 120–180 ml of liquid per serving. Just try to imagine how hungry you’ll be in the morning and make that much. :-) Combine all ingredients, transfer to a glass or storage container, and let it all sit in the fridge overnight. Depending on my mood and how much time I have, I may add fresh fruit in the morning, too. Enjoy!
